Shipping and delivery (B2C)

This information applies exclusively to consumer purchases. It does not establish B2B rates or conditions.

Destinations and charges

We ship to destinations enabled at checkout. Consumer prices include applicable VAT. Shipping charges appear before you place your order.

• Mainland Spain: €2.50; free shipping for purchases over €25.
• Rest of the European Union: €9.50; free shipping for purchases of €60 or more.
• Enabled countries outside the European Union: €29.50.

Mainland Spain rates do not automatically extend to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. Availability and corresponding charges appear at checkout before ordering. No extra charges are collected without express consent.

Delivery

We generally use UPS. Product-page delivery times refer to Spain unless stated otherwise. Usual international estimates are: European Union, 5–7 working days; rest of Europe, 6–10 working days; Asia, Oceania, the Americas and Africa, 20–35 working days. The applicable time for the destination and product is indicated before contracting. A general estimate does not replace an agreed delivery period.

Unless another period is expressly agreed, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 calendar days of contract formation. If delivery is delayed, we inform you and statutory consumer rights apply, including granting additional time where appropriate and terminating the contract with a refund. Logistical difficulties do not remove these rights.

Risk and transport damage

Risk of loss or damage passes when you or your designated third party other than the carrier physically receive the goods. If you independently commission a carrier we did not offer, risk passes on delivery to that carrier, without prejudice to your rights against it. Prompt damage reports help us handle the matter but are not a condition of statutory rights.

Customs and contact

Destinations outside the relevant customs or tax territory may attract import taxes, duties and clearance charges. These are payable by the recipient where not included in the amount collected and where lawfully disclosed. They do not change our delivery obligations or mandatory rights.
